Week 3 May Update.

Okay. So nothing THAT exciting to announce weight loss wise. I stayed the same this week! Not due to lack of trying though. DAMN shark week. TMI I know!

I am however pleased to announced that I logged 36.4 miles this week for a total of  115.1 miles.



I am feeling great! It is such a wonderful feeling knowing that I put 115 miles on this body of mine. I am getting strong every single day.

For the first time in a long time I can say that I am honestly trying my very hardest to live the healthiest life I can. You can do it to!!
