I need to start back up with my green smoothies. Delish!
Starting each morning with a green smoothie does wonders for your body. After sleeping, which creates a fast for the digestive system, a liquid breakfast is easily absorbed. It is filled will tons of vitamins and phytonutrients which are then easily absorb since it is in a liquid form. When food is in a liquid form, the digestive system doesn’t have to break down the food to get the “goodie”. (vitamins, minerals, etc) The “goodies” are easily available. Try incorporating a green smoothie, at least once a day and see how you feel. It isn’t going to make a difference if you only do it one time, make a habit of it, a healthy habit.
