20130822-151514.jpgBreakfast- Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Shake. 1 scoop of peanut butter cookie protein, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 tbsp peanut butter.
