October Goals.

I meant to post this blog last week but I got sidetracked. I wanted to share with you my goals for October.

1. Complete my eat in challenge. All of my meals will be prepared from home. No take out meals of any kind are allowed. No eating out either.1376567_409822942452239_424568273_n

2. Only weigh myself once. That was on the first of October. I will not reweigh until Nov first. I will not base my accomplishments off of a number on a scale!noscale

3. Training, Training, Training. My goal is to stick to my training plan as much as possible. I have a 1/2 marathon to run in January! I will be working out 6 times a week.

4. I would like to walk/run/jog at least 50 miles this month.579140_410722775695589_359756629_n

5. Keep improving my mile time. (I already have shaved a few minutes off).

I have not felt this good in a while. This whole summer for me has been a huge party, September I was injured, but I am feeling like October will be my month. Let’s do this!!

  1. It amazes me how hard it is NOT to weigh myself — even at this point in my life. It’s crazy.

  2. The scale is the devil. I’m so glad I only use it once a week now! Once a month is smart.
