I sometimes hear from folks who are a little confused about how to add in the fresh, grocery store side items to their Nutrisystem meals. And there can be some reluctance about even bothering with the sides because no one wants to work hard on the diet only to add in food that counteracts what you are trying to do so that it thwarts your progress.
