Super Quick Chicken Broccoli Alfredo. Low carb.


This quick lunch took about 15 minutes to make. Yummy!

What you need for 4 servings- 2 or 3 chicken breasts. A bag of broccoli. One jar of alfredo (you can totally make it yourself and save some carbs if you have the time) 2 tbsp of butter, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

Remove all fat from chicken and slice. Add butter to a pan and saute chicken until soft and cooked. While your chicken is cooking, put your broccoli in the microwave to steam.

Pour alfredo over chicken.

Add your broccoli to mixture and gently toss. Add some extra black pepper on top, and add parmesan cheese if you like.
