I have already decided that 2016 is going to be my year. How am I going to achieve that? I am mostly working on my mental journey. I have been working with a dietician for 5 months on a low carb diet and have had wonderful success. But for me, I know I can lose the weight. I have lost hundreds of pounds combined. What hasn’t clicked for me was maintaining that lost. That is why I have been working so hard on my mental issues that have led me to want to binge eat and binge drink.
I am still sticking to 30 carbs or less a day. I am walking 3-5 miles a day, and I also joined a gym. I know I will have ups and down but I am taking them one day at a time. I will prove to myself that I DO have control over my health, my life, my mind.
