Hey guys! Super sore from my upper strength training workout from yesterday. Still getting in my steps though! Should hit 4-5 miles by the end of the day.
Today has been low key. My husband is leaving on a business trip tomorrow so we ran errands and such to get ready for that.
I usually binge eat when he is gone so I decided to make a solid food plan for when he is gone. To help keep me on track I stopped by our local seafood market and got grub!
1 Maine lobster tail
2 red snapper filets (dinner tonight)
I will stay on track!
