I got in my miles challenge for the weekend plus
Got to spend doing some laps and getting some vitamin d with the family.
I had a lot of fun on my rower this weekend. Thinking of starting a new program! But for now it’s time to finish my BORA BORA series I have 5 workouts left!

Eats for August 22.

20130822-151514.jpgBreakfast- Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Shake. 1 scoop of peanut butter cookie protein, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 tbsp peanut butter.

Friday has been pretty good. It felt like a strong start! I have been all over the place so today I just wanted to be grounded.

My goals? Healthy eats, 10,250 steps, and 1 gallon of water.  KILLED IT BRO!

New Year. New Projects.

I want to wish everyone a healthy, happy, and wonderful New Year! I am proud to announce a new blog project I am working on–

It is a healthy living blog shared by two other amazing bloggers. We will share recipes, inspiration, motivation, and our hearts. Make sure you follow us!

I started off the New Year with some yummy eats–

Breakfast! 1 extra small frozen banana, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 1 vanilla yoplait greek yogurt mixed smoothie. Topped with a bit of extra chia seeds + a few dark chocolate roasted almonds. Calories 260. Protein 18. Super easy and good!

Last day!

1 cup lemon tea, 1 cup mint green tea, 8 oz warm water with key lime, and 115 oz of water.

Fitness- 20 minutes arm work + 30 minutes walking.

Water- Over 115 oz.
