Did anyone else experience dry, cracked, irritated, bright red angry hands during this crazy winter? Or worse– Are you still experiencing horribly chapped hands from angry winter winds and dry temps? If so, I FEEL FOR YOU.
Living in Florida I know you all are totally rolling your eyes at me but I swear to you. I was experiencing some serious winter blues over here. Dry irritated skin that came out of no where. I tried tons of products but only found one that helped!
To give you an idea of what this Florida girl was working with-
Anyways, I ran across
https://www.facebook.com/ArchipelagoBotanicals/?fref=ts and decided I had to try something to get rid of this gross skin.
Archipelago Botanicals Soy Creme Milk saved my poor hands.
In two days my skin had cleared up completely. I use it once every single day and that has helped keep my hands feeling just right. Everything is natural and in my opinion MAGIC as it completely transformed my hands in a matter of a few uses. It’s my go to lotion. It smells delightful- sort of like honeysuckle and won’t leave your hands greasy.
It’s now 80 degrees outside as I type this, but to the rest of my winter warriors out there. You need this lotion if you want the healthiest cleanest hands—with no cracks!
Thanks so much Archipelago! http://shoparchipelago.com/

I had the pleasure of trying a really cool snack this week. Ranch flavored chickpeas! You guys know I am low carb so it’s hard to find high fiber/ low carb snacks that taste good. These guys have 6 grams of fiber a serving! Perfect for a quick munch or even better thrown on a salad for croutons!
Non gmo, gluten free, and zero preservatives or artificial flavors. 5 flavors!
Check them out at www.bienafoods.com
10/10 totally stocking up on these guys!!
Sorry for the cheesy title of this blog, but seriously. It really got hot in here. My mouth in particular! Today is National Hot Sauce day!
Tabenero sent over this awesome pack of sauce to get my hot sauce on. They are 100% natural, gf, and just plain good! I have been using it on everything. The agave sweet n spicy is PERFECT and only has 1 carb a serving. The extra hot is well… HOT. My mouth was very happy and sad at the same time! The burn feels so good. Picante is lovely over eggs and my husband loves it on his burritos.
I have been drizzling this sweet and spicy on everything. Just a dab will do ya!
To celebrate National Hot Sauce Day, Tabanero is giving away hot sauce! https://tabanero.com/pages/5oz-promo It’s a limited-supply giveaway valid only today. Tabañero will be giving away free 5oz bottles of Tabañero through the link above. Get there before everyone else does!
Spice on friends!
I just threw this together with the following
- 1 mission brand carb control wrap
- 4 turkey pepperoni
- Handful of turkey sausage
- 1/4 cup Italian cheese
- Evoo to cook
I just assembled ingredients onto wrap and fried this bad boy up. Don’t burn yours! 😉 if you want to add a tbsp of sauce do it!

This recipe varies all over the Internet but here is my version.
- 2.5 cups of shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
- 3/4 cup ranch
- 1 bag of cheddar cheese.
Save yourself some time and just use rotisserie chicken!
Combine all ingredients into crockpot. Cook on low for 2 -3 hours . To brown, broil on low for 5-10 minutes in oven.
I am eating my portion with a low carb tortilla, carrots and pork rinds. Another great low carb option would be celery.
