Detox Results-

Even though I did my own version of the detox, I have managed to lose 8.8 pounds.

Yes some of that is water, but I am beyond thrilled. I have learned how to examine what I am eating, make smarter decisions, and I am so happy to have resparked my love interest with lots of veggies, fruits, and even vegan options. Expect a lot of great new things from GGH!

I am taking a break for the holidays. Blog will be back up and running on Wed or Thursday.

I want to wish you all a very merry holiday!!!

Be well! ❤
