What a day! We ended up down in Key West this morning to run errands. For stocking stuffers this year we decided to do “fun” stuff from the Dollar Tree. I can’t wait for my husband to open his stocking 😉
We also stopped and picked up some groceries. A ton of produce was included-
Started off the morning with some warm lime water, 34 oz of filtered water, and mint green tea.
Breakfast- 2 organic eggs over mango guacamole.
Lunch- Vegan Pizzas. Portobello mushrooms, organic sauce, daiya non dairy cheese, tomato, basil, oregano. Field greens side salad with craisins + raw sunflower seeds.
Snack- 1/2 orange few strawberries.
Dinner- Roasted veggies! Tomato, garlic, squash, green beans in coconut oil + sea salt. Chicken apple sausage + chickpeas.

I started posting food accountability pictures, fitness info, tips, inspiration, and I started meeting so many people on the same journey. I was encouraged to start my own blog by lots of my supporters. Thank you to all my loyal readers. I thought it would be funny to pull out some old photography from when I first started out.

Ps- If you really are thinking about starting a blog, I have some advice! Start a facebook page first. Build a following. How? Be yourself!!! People will either like you or not. Trust me I have a ton of people not on my team. It’s okay! Just keep doing you. Find your niche and stay active with your people! Post regular. Post pictures. If you find yourself really liking it, start a blog!
