Grocery haul

I already have a ton of frozen meat so here are some random thing a I picked up. 

  1. Eggs
  2. Salsa
  3. Summer rolls
  4. Evoo
  5. Lentil hummus
  6. Edamame hummus
  7. Tzaki dressing
  8. Toasted coconut
  9. Snap peas
  10. Jerky
  11. Grab and go mini veggie/pita/hummus things.

What’s in your haul this week? 

Grocery haul. Low carb.

 I hit two stores today to try to get the best deals. I saved  about 125 dollars total.  
Strawberries, shrooms, Roma tomatoes, broccoli, chopped salad, and romaine.

  Asparagus and buy one get one free frozen green beans.  Muscle milk was on sale so I picked this up. It’s the only flavor I like.
    Eggs, blue cheese stuffed olives, heavy cream, butter, buy one get one free string cheese, Parmesan, veggie cream cheese.
  Snack sized mozzarella and Brie.  B1g1 free pork loin chops and spare ribs.
  Roast beef, turkey, ham, American cheese.  B1g1 chicken.
 B1g1 bacon, wild large shrimp, and sirloin steak.

   B1g1 turkey burgers
  Salsa, b1g1 sauce, and p3’s.

I rarely buy Atkins products but they were b1g1 and I had coupons so I stocked up. 

 4 packs of shakes.  
 Random entrees.

Low carb grocery haul.

When all else fails I turn to low carb. Here is a quick little haul.

IMG_6818.JPGFew bags of lettuce, organic zucchini and red pepper, spaghetti squash, and mushrooms. I have a ton of frozen veggies in the freezer to get through before our move so I went light on fresh veggies.

IMG_6816.JPGProtein! Turkey burgers, ground turkey, chicken tenders, steak slices, and new york strips.

IMG_6815.JPGMore protein! Bacon, organic roast beef, cheese (I always buy block when I do low carb..The bagged cheese has a carb) eggs, turkey pepperoni, and 3 packs of protein shakes. I love these shakes! So good!

Getting back on track. Grocery Haul.

So I have eaten many a noodles, curries, burgers, pizza.. you name it. I have been home for two weeks but have not gotten on track at all. So today I said enough! I am not doing any specific way of eating. I am just trying to eat BETTER!! Here is what I scored.

IMG_6319.JPGRomaine, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, squash, green beans, raspberries, 2 things of tomatoes.

IMG_6318.JPG3 lbs of lean turkey, a turkey tenderloin, 2 packages of chicken, chicken burgers, wild salmon bowls, and coconut lemongrass with chicken bowls. The frozen stuff is for in a pinch and has great stats!

I feel better knowing that their are some healthier choices in my fridge. One day at a time!!!!!



Produce haul


Blueberries, avocado, garlic, onion, kiwi, supergreens, salad, baby spinach, asparagus, organic mushrooms, organic tomatoes, butternut squash, kale, organic sweet peppers, carrots.

Produce Haul.

I was running out of produce so I had to do a quick run. Here is what I got-

  • 2 packs of organic mushroom caps for pizzas.
  • 1 package of campari tomatoes.
  • 1 pack of organic carrots
  • ginger root
  • 2 bulbs of organic garlic
  • 2 organic gala aples
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 limes
  • 1 box of organic spinach
  • asparagus
  • raspberries
  • bananas
  • bag of green beans
  • bag of mini sweet organic peppers
  • cilantro


Produce Perfection.

In no particular order-

Sweet onions, Spaghetti squash, Limes, Asparagus, Squash, Tangelo’s, Green onions, Dill, Bok Choy, Green and Red peppers, Sweet organic peppers, Mint, Cilantro, 2 packages of organic Carrots, Mushrooms.

If you are wondering where my ginger, organic romaine hearts (2 packages) and 2 packages of campari tomatoes are this week well I have heart breaking news.

We picked up some gasoline for my boat on the way home. The can spilled directly into my bag of goodies that I mentioned above. It was a sad moment for all!! 😦
