Happy Wednesday babies! I know the site isn’t perfect but trust me I’m going insane trying to make it right. I at least have a search bar on the right hand side that Drops down into a ton of articles like recipes etc. On top of that I have all my latest articles on the front page to give you guys something to read while I make new content 🙂

I didn’t think about having to go through and reorganize my categories and all that so it’s just taking longer. Thank you for your patience and likes and comments. They mean the actual world to me.

So here we are the end of May. I have to say my weight loss so far for this month has been lackluster but I feel amazing. My muscle percentage and body fat has gone down. So far I think I have lost like 4 lbs for the month. I think that is nice slow albeit annoying steady progress. I’m not mad! I currently as of today 34.2 lbs away from my goal weight of 140 lbs. current weight so far 173.2 but I honestly don’t care for the scale that much.

I much more enjoy living my life moment by moment. Making good choices cause other good choices to follow. Suddenly it’s a large ball that keeps rolling and growing. When I do have a snack or something “bad” like a piece of pie (I made sweet Georgia peach pie with puff pastry 🥮 the other day) it’s very tiny and I enjoy it and I don’t think about it. I used to beat myself up over small things like that. Since now I have drilled into my mind portion control, that tiny piece of pie isn’t a big deal and isn’t going to ruin my life!! Feels good to finally feel free after years of yo yo dieting. After 18 plus months I have drilled these things into my brain-

Consistency! Show the hell up everyday. If you have chronic pain like I do it’s gonna be tough you may not be able to exercise at first or ever. But if you are serious about losing weight you will restrict your intake. I did that for about 16 months before I could workout. Keep showing up. Keep doing the workouts. Keep to your schedule. Keep drinking the water. Whatever habits work best for you, practice them. I promise you will need them later in your journey!!

Accountability! This has been huge for me. I have shared so much of my journey with you all. The ups the downs. The terrible tummy pictures. So ashamed of who I had become. But I shared. And I shared. And I still share because it’s important to know that you’re worth it and can take control of this too. It’s so much more than weight.

My last tip is portion control. I have learned you can literally eat pretty much anything you like as long as it for me personally measured weighed and fits in my macros. I do follow low carb, but I don’t put anything off limits in small quantities. This has helped tremendously.

So CAP.

Consistency. Keep doing the good stuff. Accountability. Share your journey with your friends or spouse or the world. Hold yourself to a high standard. Don’t let others down. People are watching you. If this feels like too much pressure, just tell the person what you need from them in case you fall of track! Lastly portion control. Weigh. Measure. Count but don’t obsess.

These three things have helped my journey immensely. I am so excited for June. Looking forward to completing my 100 miles in May challenge. We have still not ordered take out or eaten our since last August (except vacation). Ps that’s another huge tip I’ll do a blog on. Giving up the fast food and restaurants for good! For June I will probably focus on swimming, yoga, rowing, and of course running on my freestrider. Oh also stair-stepping. I really want to not have a flat ass haha 🥰

So okay. Yeah. I didn’t want to post this but I wanted to share that even problem areas get better. I have always had a problem with my lower belly but through fitness and exercise it is certainly shrinking. Picture on left is from March 23. Picture on right is from May 18. I for sure notice a different in size. I know this is awkward but I just wanted to share. Don’t ever give up on yourself!

I have been working out every single day to try to complete my one mile a day for May. That as I have mentioned has turned into 100. I’m almost at 60 miles, I hope I can do it. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

With everything going on in the world I just have been trying to stay calm and collected.

Now that’s a ^throwback Thursday!! Highest weight 335! Pre gallbladder surgery. Did I mention I had to have emergency gallbladder surgery because it was functioning at 6 percent? Yeah that happened!

Anyways, still working on getting the site together guys I know it’s hard to navigate right now! Thank you for your patience. Happy almost weekend!

100 miles in March. Update.

Well it happened. I hit my second goal! I hit 175 lbs as of May 20, 2020. I haven’t been this weight since I was 19.
Down a total of 160 pounds! This is about 2 years kids! Slow and steady. I had to have my gallbladder out. I was so lucky to lose this weight before I got super sick.
Do I have some loose skin? Sure see here ^^ but damn look at those legs! I’m so proud of them even with some skin!!
Rowing is changing my life
I can’t believe I have collarbones.
I’ve been practicing my diving and trying to swim laps.
Been eating good, not drinking, and working out. Feeling great. I have some reviews coming up for you guys soon

My ultimate goal weight is 140. I can’t wait to see it! One day at a time no matter how long it takes!

My goal is to do 100 miles in March. I’m at 50.76 right now. I have to do 3.54 miles each day to make it happen. I got this! Be well! 😘

Leftover Stirfry


I had some leftover lamb and a ton of veggies in my fridge. Also? A organic chicken breast, bean sprouts, peanuts and pretty much everything asian. I knew what i had to do.

Stir-fry.

You can literally use whatever veggies or meat you want. I’m going to list that here

This sunbird seasoning mix is life changing. I’m not saying it is amazingly healthy, but remember folks— portion control!!
Anyways, you wanna make this marinade how they say. If you wanna make it more dope do this— add some sweetener like 1 tbsp, some lemon, some fish sauce, some garlic, some ginger. You wanna go for the UMAMI flavor. Also, please to note you can really make this any damn way you want but this packet is bomb. Also don’t forget the red chili pepper flakes or hot spot of choice!
Cook your chicken up. I didn’t season it much because of all the fresh herbs and marinade that are going on. After your chicken is done add your veggies!
I usually keep a tub of random veggies in my fridge?
Let the veggies cook down.
Take any remaining cooked meat and add to stir fry.
Time for the marinade!!! Add it in!!!
Get your toppings ready. Here I have homegrown bean sprouts, cilantro, green onion, and crushed peanut 🥜
You can’t forget the 🥑
Slice that cado up!
Here is where we have to practice portion control my friends! I love cheating and using this sticky white rice. It’s done in 60 seconds. Sorry I have no shame. I just make sure I only have about 1/4 a cup a serving so I don’t feel guilty!
So as your veggies meat and marinade are simmering, plate up your rice and avocado if that is what you want. You could use noodles or omit the avocado. This is your world guys.
Spoon up your fry, top with toppings and enjoy! Add some sesame seeds for extra class!

Broccoli 🥦 love

Good morning beauties. I woke up this morning feeling lovely. Today is a rowing day for me so that’s def going down this am!

Have you ever woke up and just wanted something that isn’t your typical breakfast? There I was slicing strawberries and bananas up and I just was not in the mood! So what did I do? Sautéd up some broccoli with ponzu sauce garlic ginger etc. I added fresh avocado 🥑 and black sesame on top. As far as eating healthy (80/20 approach for me) I don’t care if you eat fruit salad or stir fry for breakfast. Just eat something with some color.
