New Year. New Projects.

I want to wish everyone a healthy, happy, and wonderful New Year! I am proud to announce a new blog project I am working on–

It is a healthy living blog shared by two other amazing bloggers. We will share recipes, inspiration, motivation, and our hearts. Make sure you follow us!

I started off the New Year with some yummy eats–

Breakfast! 1 extra small frozen banana, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 1 vanilla yoplait greek yogurt mixed smoothie. Topped with a bit of extra chia seeds + a few dark chocolate roasted almonds. Calories 260. Protein 18. Super easy and good!

Tomato Loving.

Have a food you despise? Give it another try! I hated tomatoes for over 25 years. I finally gave them another chance and LOVED THEM. They are now a staple in my diet. Do not be afraid to try things again! You might like them this time.

Try something you use to hate. I DESPISED TOMATOES! For all of my life. I finally gave them a chance. One of my MUST HAVE foods now!
